Maximize shareholder value though assessment, selection and participation in energy related projects with high reward to risk ratios.
Initial projects will be primarily late stage exploration or early stage development to provide early cash flow cycles. Close in development or infill projects will be sourced initially, but as the company grows, impact exploration plays will be added to accelerate growth.
It is anticipated the initial projects will be onshore in California or the continental USA, but with growth and a cash flow base, international projects could be added.
The company will concentrate on projects where it has a natural advantage, either through project initiation or selection by an experienced technical team, or application of new or appropriate technology and/or operating practices.
Employee and consultant selection will concentrate on competent experienced personnel with exceptional technical knowledge, business acumen, operating, experience, exceptional judgement and an ability to make decisions on a timely basis.
The company will maintain constant communications with shareholders, investors, institutions, analysts and brokers. A cadre of venture capitalists and financiers will be recruited to ensure adequate finances are available to fund the company’s projects and commitments. |
